The Women's Shelter was established in December 2015 as a cold-weather shelter and is a safe haven for homeless women in Downtown Anchorage. The shelter accommodates approximately 70 women each night, year-round. Dinner, prepared by the Feed Me Hope Culinary Students, is served in the early evening, along with breakfast and lunch each day. Guests also have access to showers, laundry service, clothing, and basic toiletries.

Volunteers help with serving dinner and cleanup, and they are also welcome to engage in gamesand share a meal with our shelter guests.
